Ordinary guy manages to encounter all the strangest people in New York within 24 hours. When he interrupts a couple in the midst of a bdsm scene, the top condemns him for his "lack of discipline." He runs into them again with their friends at a leather bar.

The Avengers, 1966, set 2, $39.99
This set contains the episode 'A Touch of Brimstone' in which Diana Rigg appears as the 'Queen of Sin' in a corset and high-heeled boots. Long the object of teenage lust, the complete set of Rigg episodes is available in a single set: The Avengers--Complete Emma Peel Mega Set.

Pamela Anderson Lee borrows the plot of Casablanca. Early in the movie she impersonates a protitute specializing in bdsm wearing a great leather outfit and corset. She spends most of the movie running around in it.

Catherine Deveuve, unbeknownst to her newlywed husband, works in a high-class house of prostitution. In one scene she is tied up and whipped.

Bloodsucking Freaks (1978), unrated, $19.99 ($16.99 from Amazon)
In this blood-soaked cult classic a ballet star is kidnapped by the owner of a sado-masochistic theater who keeps women caged in his basement. Scenes range from bondage and elctro-torture to amatutations of fingers and limbs. It is definitely not for the squeamish.

Blue Velvet (1986), R, $14.95 ($12.99 from Amazon)
David Lynch's award-winning film starring Kyle MacLachlan, Isabella Rossellini, Dennis Hopper. MacLachlan stumbles upon the sadistic relationship between Hopper and Rossellini and becomes Rossellini's lover after she holds a knife to his throat.

A Chinese Torture Chamber Story (1994), dubbed in English
Typical low budget Cinese Kung Fu flick except with sex and torture as well as the usual violence.

Crimes of Passion (Collector's Edition), Unrated, $14.99 ($12.99 from Amazon)  
This movie became famous for the steamy sm scene in which Turner works over a handcuffed police officer with his baton and then climbs astride him. Censors had it removed, of course. This Unrated version has it. It is an odd movie that critics either loved or hated. Turner plays a part time call girl; Perkins the psychotic who is stalking her. The ending is rather predictable and the plot develops awkwardly, but Turner's sex scenes are phenomenal. Still, it would be nice if Hollywood stopped portraying prostitutes as deeply troubled individuals.

From Dusk Till Dawn (1996), R, $14.99 ($12.99 from Amazon)
Quinton Terentino's high-budget, blood-soaked horror movie. Between the blood is sandwiched a great sequence at the Titty Twister bar featuring a strip show by Salma Hayak and later her offer to make George Cloony her slave and have him lick the shit off her boots. There is also a brief appearance by Danny the Wonder Pony (interviewed in Different Loving) in full regalia. If only bdsm play clubs looked like this.

Brief SM scene that has little to do with the plot.

Jesus Franco's take on the Marquis de Sade's novel.

Set at a bachelorette party at which the conversation frequently turns to sexual fantasies. In brief scene Dana Delany (Mistress Lisa in Exit to Eden) gets spanked by a mafia don and Laila Robins (in full dominatrix atire) makes her boss clean the toilet with a toothbrush

My Father Is Coming (1990), unrated, $29.99 ($25.49 from Amazon)
Another great movie directed by Monika Treut. A German actress living in New York City tries to impress her visiting father while hiding both her bisexuality and kinky friends. Her gay roomate poses as her husband. Her father, exploring on his own, has a fling with porn star Annie Sprinkle and a brief conversation with Fakir Musafar whom he finds hanging from the famous flesh hooks through his chest. Sprinkle's male to female transexual lover also appears in a passionate sex scene.

Quills (2000)
A modern interpretation of De Sade's incarceration. It makes no pretense to accuracy, but the plot is classic De Sade: Virtue is punished and vice triumphs.

A very bad spy movie spoof. James Belushi gets tied up and tormented by a dominatrix.

In the Realm of the Senses (1976), NC-17, $19.99 ($16.99 from Amazon)
Classic and deeply erotic Japanese film in which the protagonist falls deeper and deeper in love with an increasingly violent woman.

Melanie Griffith handcuffs Jeff Daniels to the bed and has her way with him. Later her psychotic ex-husband catches up with them.

B-movie classic. Scantily-clad sorority girls do battle with an imp in a bowling alley. Michelle Bauer and B-movie queen Brinke Stevens get spanked.

This David Cronenberg features James Woods as a cable-tv station operator who intercepts broadcasts showing women being tortured. Deborah Harry (of Blondie fame) plays his masochistic girlfriend who is into piercing.

Star Trek: The Next Generation's Marina Sirtis gets into a scantily-clad whip fight with Faye Dunaway.

Hentai Videos
Japanese Anime at its finest and most erotic. Most of these titles are available on DVD as well as VHS, but several of the DVD releases have been edited for the more extreme sex and violence. Be careful when buying them.
